Isabelle is a process engineer with a MEng in Chemical Engineering (first-class honours) from Imperial College London.
Since joining CWT, she has worked on a variety of water sector projects, including data analysis, water quality event investigations, options assessments, and concept design. She has been involved in risk assessment, process review, and the development of water management strategies, applying both technical knowledge and practical judgement to improve system performance.
Her work has included contributing to the development and review of design drawings (PFDs, P&IDs), preparing design reports, drafting scopes of work for contractors, and assessing management and monitoring systems against industry guidelines and regulatory requirements. Through this experience, Isabelle has built strong skills in compliance evaluation, water quality risk management, and strategic planning for treatment and distribution systems.
With a keen interest in delivering practical and sustainable water treatment solutions, Isabelle is committed to using her skills to support communities through safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible outcomes.
