Doug is an experienced hands on operator in all aspects of water, wastewater and recycled water treatment plants. He has 17 years’ experience in installation, operation, supervision, commissioning and optimisation of various water and wastewater treatment processes and plants across local government and other water utilities. 

  Having been involved in the delivery of several treatment plant upgrade projects, Doug has an eye for detail and troubleshooting, particularly with new plant and equipment. Doug is a motivated operator with excellent project management, and staff supervision experience. 

 Doug is a practical person and has updated many Operation and Maintenance Manuals, work procedures and safety documents for treatment plant operators.
